The AMC covers four scheduled service visits a year, replacement of sediment, carbon and post-carbon filters, TDS calibration and unlimited breakdown call-outs — you never pay per visit. We offer it for homes, offices and commercial plants, on any brand, whether or not the machine came from us. Comprehensive AMC additionally covers the RO membrane and pump.

What is the difference between a basic and comprehensive RO AMC?
A basic AMC covers labour, scheduled visits and the routine filters. A comprehensive AMC adds the expensive wear parts — the RO membrane, the booster pump and the solenoid valve — so nothing is billed to you during the year. Comprehensive works out cheaper on high-TDS borewell water, where membranes are consumed faster.
Do I need an AMC if I rent an RO from you?
No. Every rental plan already includes all servicing, filters, membranes and repairs for as long as you keep the machine. AMC is for customers who own their purifier.
Do you offer AMC for commercial RO plants?
Yes. Commercial AMC is quoted on plant capacity and usage, and includes monthly rather than quarterly preventive visits, priority same-day breakdown response and a GST invoice.
